Qualified & Trained Staff

It is important that you trust the teachers that are caring for your child. Our teachers are experienced and educated in Early Childhood Development. We have built a teaching team with individuals who express a passion for children and their development.

Teachers must complete a comprehensive background check and FBI fingerprinting before joining our team. Before entering a classroom teachers must complete multiple trainings covering a variety of topics and a minimum of 24 clock hours of professional development are must be completed every year.

CPR/First Aid

Our teachers and staff members are all certified in Pediatric, Child, and Adult CPR, AED, and First Aid annually.

Protecting your child is our top priority and that is why we are committed to best practices.

Infant Sleep Safe

We take every precaution to prevent the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and promote safe sleep in our Infant Classroom.

While in care, infants are placed on their backs in their cribs when sleeping and consistently monitored. Each crib is provided with a firm mattress and a tightly fitted crib sheet. Blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, toys, or any other items, are never placed in cribs to reduce the risk of suffocation.

General Illness

We do our best to prevent the spread of illnesses and communicable diseases by providing a clean environment for your child. We regularly observe and listen to the children to ensure any indication of illness is noticed immediately.

We will always follow guidelines and recommendations from Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, The Macomb County Health Department, and The CDC regarding communicable diseases.
